Aerial Yoga Workshop

This is a precursor to the 60-minute Aerial Yoga Flow class offered in our fitness studio.

This 1 and 1/2 hour workshop teaches the fundamental components of aerial fabric yoga in a relaxed & fun learning environment. The student will experience yoga asanas (poses) on the mat, as well as in the aerial fabric. The workshop format allows students to practice the basics necessary to move into poses (wrist wraps, footlocks, trusting the fabric etc.) and explore this unique style of movement.

Aerial Yoga Flow

Aerial Yoga Flow is a class for anyone who wishes to pursue their aerial yoga practice and challenge him or herself in a welcoming environment. This class is designed to develop core, upper and lower body strength, flexibility, motor dynamics, and spinal alignment. Students of aerial yoga experience a new sense of balance and energy, along with relaxation. We recommend you have taken Aerial Yoga Workshop to have some familiarity with working with the aerial fabric to get the most out of this class.

Aerial Yoga Sculpt

Aerial Sculpt is a combination of floor and aerial practice for the beginner. Considered to be both yoga and conditioning practice, this class will help you strengthen your balance; targeting those hard to reach muscle groups. This class also helps stabilize your muscles by honing in on body control, while deepening your flexibility, and relieving tension. We recommend you have taken Aerial Yoga Workshop to have some familiarity with working with the aerial fabric to get the most out of this class.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes bring you through a series of postures while learning to use your breath as an anchor, bringing balance and alignment to the body and decrease stress. Taught to an ambient, downbeat tempo music background, you can expect to be invigorated during class and relaxed by savasana.

PILATES

PILATES

Based on traditional mat Pilates moves, with some upgraded twists. Core strengthening is the focus of this class, interspersed with gentle stretching for increased flexibility. An all levels class designed to work into the deep “core muscles” of the body that help with posture, balance, back pain, and overall well being. Beginner to advanced modifications are offered for each exercise. Each class ends with quiet relaxation. Weather you climb, bike, ski or surf, Pilates can help you do it better and stronger.

EVO has partnered with S&W Sports, of Concord, to offer Spin classes. Join one of our classes and “Ride like you stole it!”

Our current weekly schedule of classes is:

Monday: 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

Tuesday: 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

Wednesday: 12:00 – 12:45 p.m.

Thursday: 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 – 8:45 a.m.
