Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes bring you through a series of postures while learning to use your breath as an anchor, bringing balance and alignment to the body and decrease stress. Taught to an ambient, downbeat tempo music background, you can expect to be invigorated during class and relaxed by savasana.
“Sunrise” Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Start your Tuesday and Thursday mornings off right with our “Sunrise” Vinyasa yoga classes. You’ll be brought through a series of postures while learning to use your breath as an anchor, bringing balance and alignment to the body and decrease stress.

Aerial Yoga Workshop
Aerial Yoga is a class for anyone who wishes to pursue their aerial yoga practice and challenge him or herself in a welcoming environment. The class uses the aerial hammock as a prop, similar to yoga blocks and bolsters, to help deepen and support poses and stretches. There are appropriate variations for movements to allow individuals to choose the level at which they would like to challenge themselves. *Please review the Minimum Health Requirements.
