Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga, which is the most common type of yoga, aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation. This class combines Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa Flow Yoga, making the transition from posture to posture very smooth and fluid. Doing these yoga postures, referred to as asanas helps in developing strength and flexibility, while calming the mind.

Sandie Perreault is the instructor for this class, which is for all levels. She’s been teaching yoga for 8 years, and it’s changed her life. Yoga made Sandie become more centered and balanced and she loves to offer that to other people.
