Here is a brief guide on the best ways to enjoy your EVO chocolate chip cookie before, during and after climbing. We do, however, recommend that you purchase your post-climbing cookie(s) when you arrive to ensure you get one before we inevitably sell out at the end of the night.

Start your workout on a happy note with a chocolate chip cookie. While a cookie on its own is a great energy boost for short sessions, if you plan on climbing ropes or bouldering for 2+ hours, we recommend topping your cookie with your favorite nut butter long-lasting fuel. The healthy fats, protein and fiber in nut butters help slow your digestion of the cookie’s simple sugars, giving you sustained energy throughout your long workout.
Need workout motivation? Break your cookie into 4th or 5ths and “treat-yo-self” to a bite or two between routes or each time you send a new boulder problem. Training upstairs? Enjoy a bite after your weighted hangs and another “good job self” bite after your TRX ab routine. It’s like giving yourself a delicious pat on the back with the perfect carbohydrate kick to keep you energized for your next set of 4x4s.
