// 6 FAQs About This Rate Increase Thing

I HEARD EVO’S MEMBERSHIP RATES ARE GOING UP. WTFT*?!?!?
You heard correctly, we are increasing our membership, punch pass and day pass rates by approximately one skosh each on February 1, 2019. But before you get all *what the French toast on us:

WILL THIS AFFECT CURRENT MEMBERS?
It won’t! We’re grandfathering in all current EFT and PIF members (even if your membership is currently frozen because you’re on vacation skiing) to the current rates. We appreciate y’all. You have built the foundation of the EVO community with your positive vibes and chalky sends (and occasional unsends). We’d like to say thank you and keep your rates the same.

DO I NEED TO LET ANYONE KNOW I’M A MEMBER TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES?
If you’re an EFT Member: Nope! Computers are amazing and will handle it.
If you’re a 3-month or yearly PIF member: You’ll have two renewal options when your current membership expires: staying at your current PIF rate or switching to the current EFT monthly rate*.
*Must renew within one month of membership expiration to be grandfathered in. No EFT startup fee.

WHAT ABOUT NOT-YET-MEMBERS?
Join before January 31, 2019. Because 1) You’ll also be grandfathered in to the current membership rates and 2) NO START-UP FEES for ALL EFT MEMBERSHIPS January 1, 2019 thru January 31, 2019. Sign up online here.

WHAT IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER FEBRUARY 1, 2019?
We will welcome you back, no hard feelings, but at the new membership rates. (Pro Tip: Use that membership freeze option if disaster strikes and you get injured to stay at your current EFT membership rate. Or, better yet, use all that fitness stuff we have upstairs to stay strong while your (___insert injury here__) heals.)
