Back by popular demand, EVO yoga instructor Bre Allison is hosting a second Mindful Mountains Collective Meet Up. The group is focused on building a community to support outdoor athletes moving through accident recovery, wherever you are in the process and however you were involved in the accident. All are welcome to come share their stories or just come to listen.

Paul Robinson has sent 19 V15 boulders, but he didn’t just wake up one day and start flashing every “8C” he touched. Sure those 3-minute YouTube videos of him crushing gnarly overhung crimp-fests make it look like he walked them after four gag-reel-worthy falls, but, in reality, it sometimes took him years of working on the same boulder to finally send. Most of us would have given up after just looking at the non-existent holds, but years of projecting climbs at his limit has taught Paul a few things for dealing with failure and pushing past the mental side of repeated punting. What “things”? We’ll let him tell you.
