We offer yoga classes for all levels in our beautiful upstairs studio. Join our instructors for Power Flow, Slow Flow, or Vinyasa Flow, plus special yoga workshops.

The Spot Louisville is roughly 25,000 sq. ft. with climbing walls up to 45 feet tall.

Downstairs, you’ll find huge, 45-foot roped walls (including a dedicated lead wall, dozens of top ropes and auto belays, and even a spec 10m IFSC Speed Wall), as well as a massive bouldering area.
Upstairs, you’ll find a full fitness area, hangboard stations, campus boards, a Moon Board, and more.
We also have a yoga studio and a kids’ climbing area (just ask about the Room of Doom when you arrive!).
