Yoga Class – All levels

This all-levels class combines fundamental yoga postures, sequences, breath work and relaxation, with a focus on stretching and strengthening the body for climbing. It allows participants to challenge themselves while offering modifications and adjustments to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of prior yoga experience.
Instructor: Marsha Rich, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and certified ski instructor. She has been practicing yoga for about five years, and completed her teacher training in 2010. She teaches a variety of yoga classes throughout New Hampshire, and especially enjoys sharing yoga with skiers and other athletes. Marsha specializes in introducing students to the joys and benefits of yoga, and helping them integrate yoga into other activities and daily life.
