Strengthen and stretch your body while focusing on your core muscles. Taught by Evolution's own James Otey. James is a former Mat instructor at Georgetown Pilates and is certified through Power Pilates- the leading educator on Classical Pilates methods. James is an experienced climber and his class will help evolve your climbing.
