All Levels Yoga

This class combines the fundamental yoga postures, sequences, breath work, and relaxation, with a focus on stretching and strengthening the body for climbing progression. The class allows students to challenge themselves while also offering modifications and adjustments to make yoga accessible to all ability and experience levels. *Minimum of 2 students to hold the class
