James is a former Mat instructor at Georgetown Pilates and is certified through Power Pilates- the leading educator on Classical Pilates methods. James is an experienced climber and his class will help evolve your climbing. This class is free to members – Day Pass required for all other paricipants.

This all-levels class combines fundamental yoga postures, sequences, breath work and relaxation, with a focus on stretching and strengthening the body for climbing.
