Yoga Class – All Levels
Shakti Flow Yoga, instructed by Leslie Chamberlain, is a dynamic flowing yoga, combining a fierce workout with a focus on breath, and including meditation and chanting. This is a basic level class with strong attention paid to alignment.

James is a former Mat instructor at Georgetown Pilates and is certified through Power Pilates- the leading educator on Classical Pilates methods.
