Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga, which is the most common type of yoga, aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation. This class combines Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa Flow Yoga, making the transition from posture to posture very smooth and fluid. Doing these yoga postures, referred to as asanas helps in developing strength and flexibility, while calming the mind. Pilates

Yoga Class – All Levels

This is an all-levels class that combines fundamental yoga postures, sequences, breath work and relaxation, with a focus on stretching and strengthening the body for climbing.
