EFT Memberships
Our EFT memberships require no contracts. Cancel/terminate via the Member Change Request form at any time by the 6th of the month, and you will not be billed for the next month. All EFT members can freeze their memberships indefinitely for only $7/month for individuals and $12/month for family memberships.

Prepaid Memberships
We offer Prepaid Memberships for a variety of lengths of time. Prepaid memberships cost a one time billing fee but come with limited benefits. Rental gear can be included for an additional $50 per month.

Membership Change Request

You can easily make changes to your membership by filling out the form below.
Update Billing Info: Easily switch to ACH (checking account) billing or update your credit card information by using the update payment information on account option below.
Freeze a Membership: Freeze your membership for $7 month and it will be waiting for you upon your return. This way, you won’t pay a start-up fee when you get back. One month minimum.
Cancel a Membership: We’ll be very sad to see you go! DON’T FORGET: If you freeze your membership instead, you won’t pay a start-up fee when you come back.
IMPORTANT: All membership change requests must be made by the 6th DAY OF THE MONTH. Any submissions sent on or after the 7th will be processed for the following month.
