Aerial arts, instructed by Karissa Yao, are a beautiful combination of dance, gymnastics and music. It combines the discipline of ballet with the creativity of theater. It’s a new and unique way to build strength, confidence and stay fit while doing amazing things you never thought you could do! Now you can learn this popular, unique & beautiful aerial form! Progress at your own pace & comfort level starting low to the ground, & moving to higher skills as your strength & ability grows.

There is a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 5 people per class! Please call 603-715-9171 or check in at the desk to make reservations. You must pay upon reservation. Cancellations must be made a full 24 hours prior to the date of the event in order to get a refund.
