This all-levels class combines fundamental yoga postures, sequences, breath work and relaxation, with a focus on stretching and strengthening the body for climbing. It allows participants to challenge themselves while offering modifications and adjustments to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of prior yoga experience.
