Team EVO Portland Kids Crush at Regionals

Last Saturday EVO Rock + Fitness Concord held the 2016 Sport & Speed Youth Regionals Comp.  We asked routesetter Nick Foster (one of four setters for the event and head setter for Portland) about the stoke that surrounded the process, but first, here are the EVO Team qualifiers from Portland moving onto Youth Divisional Championships:

“It can be difficult to set for such a wide variety of talented kids; it’s a really unique and intricate field to set for.”

On watching kids crush:

“Watching the kids climb makes me shake my head competition after competition. It makes me wonder just how far the sport will be pushed with talent walking up our most difficult routes.”
