Forget hangovers.

Rid yourself of test anxiety, and truly live each day.  But how?  Two words: Rock climbing.  One outcome: You become a spiritual-gangster-rock-climbing-badass.  (That’s the official scientific term.)

Here, Huffington Post highlights five main reasons to take up this sport as a way of life.  We’ve recapped them below, in case you suffer from ADHD (which rock climbing also helps diminish).

1. Physical fitness and increased flexibility. (Yoga and rock climbing tend to go hand-in-hand, so if you’re already a yogi, you are ahead of the game.)

2. Boost brain function (including creativity).

3. Reduce stress. (No, those cookies are probably not the answer to your study woes.)

4. Gain valuable life skills. (Not going to learn those sitting in your dorm room.)

No lesson learning here.

5. Become a badass. (Insert spiritual gangster status here.)
